Shipment Re-class and/or Re-weighs: Oh How They Cause So Much Pain

Having 10 years of experience in the freight business and dealing with a lot of LTL shipments, the most annoying part of it all is when a shipment gets inspected. The most common type of violation is when your shipment either gets reweighed or reclassed. The real question is how does one deal with these and what is the best course of action?
